Paper Submission


Before submitting a paper, Author(s) must follow the following instructions :

  • Each paper must be original and unpublished work, not submitted for publication elsewhere (copyright problems fall entirely under responsibility of the authors).
  • Paper must be written in good English. Accepted submissions may not appear in any other Conference or workshop with proceedings.
  • The submission must be anonymous without author name(s), affiliation(s), acknowledgements, or obvious references.
  • It should begin with a title, a short abstract, and a list of key words and its introduction should summarize the contributions of the paper.
  • The paper should be at most 20 pages total using at least 11-point font and reasonable margins. But there will be extra page charge after 12 pages.
  • The authors have to prepare to submit papers in the Latex/ MS Word template of Springer guideline (click here).
  • Submitted papers must be in PDF format and should be submitted electronically. One registration is compulsory against each accepted paper.

    Some reminders:

    • Authors are encouraged to use the LaTeX2e/ Ms Word style files for preparing their manuscripts through the templates (click here).

    • Submission must be electronically.

    • Multiple submission of same paper is not allowed. 

    • Papers must be anonymous without author name(s), affiliation(s), acknowledgements, or obvious references.

    • Papers must not be submitted to more than one conference or journal at the same time.

    • Papers should be in scope for the conference.

    • Papers should ideally be at most 12 pages in total for regular paper, 6 pages for short papers and 4 pages for abstract/demo paper (including references and appendices for all the cases).

    • Cost per extra page: INR 400 or USD 20 (after 12 pages) and maximum page limit can be 20 for Regular full paper , 8 for short paper.

    • No new submissions will be accepted after submission deadline, however, it is still possible for authors to upload revised versions of their submissions until a specified date.

    • Accepted papers will appear in proceedings.
