ICMC 2017 PAPER SUBMISSION

Before submitting a paper, Author(s) must follow the following instructions :
Each paper must be original and unpublished work, not submitted for publication elsewhere (copyright problems fall entirely under responsibility of the authors). Paper must be written in good English. Accepted submissions may not appear in any other Conference or workshop with proceedings. The submission must be anonymous without author name(s), affiliation(s), acknowledgements, or obvious references. It should begin with a title, a short abstract, and a list of key words and its introduction should summarize the contributions of the paper. The paper should be at most 20 pages total using at least 11-point font and reasonable margins. But there will be extra page charge after 15 pages. The authors are encouraged to prepare their submission in Latex through guideline (click here). Submitted papers must be in PDF format and should be submitted electronically. One registration is compulsory against each accepted paper.

Some reminders:

  • Authors are encouraged to use the LaTeX2e style files for preparing their manuscripts through the templates (click here).

  • Submission must be electronically.

  • Avoid multiple submission of same paper.

  • Papers must be anonymous without author name(s), affiliation(s), acknowledgements, or obvious references.

  • Papers must not be submitted to more than one conference or journal at the same time.

  • Papers should be in scope for the conference.

  • Papers should ideally be at most 15 pages in total (including references and appendices).

  • Cost per extra page: INR 500 or USD 25 (after 15 pages) and maximum page limit can be 20.

  • No new submissions will be accepted after submission deadline, however, it is still possible for authors to upload revised versions of their submissions until a specified date.

  • Accepted papers will appear in printed proceedings.

  • After acceptance paper can not be withdrawn.
